Citizen’s Advisory Committee (CAC)
The Citizens’ Advisory Committee is the public participation forum for all transportation products and plans. The CAC is represented by various community groups and individuals from with the Metropolitan Transportation Planning area. They advise the Technical Committee and Policy Board in the planning process.
Technical Coordinating Committee (TCC)
The Technical Coordinating Committee is represented by staff and other participating agencies responsible for or affected by the implementation of transportation plans, products or improvements. Their role is to assist and advise the policy board on technical matters as it relates to transportation process elements.
Executive Policy Committee (EPC)
The policy board for the Metropolitan Transportation Planning process is the Executive Policy Committee. The EPC is responsible for making transportation planning and improvement decisions. The EPC reviews the recommendations of the CAC and TCC prior to making their decision.
